Shipping Fee

  • Standard Shipping Fee: We charge a flat fee of $9.90 CAD for standard shipping.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 CAD, available worldwide.

Order Process

  • Processing Time: We strive to process orders within 3 business days after you place your order.
  • Custom Orders: If you've placed a custom order, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing.

Shipping Time

  • CA & US Orders: Once your order has been processed, you can expect to receive it within 3-10 business days.
  • International Orders: For international orders, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery after processing.

Duties and Taxes

  • Shop worry-free knowing that all duties and taxes are included in the price of our products. You won't have to worry about any surprise fees upon delivery.

Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your purchase has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details. This way, you can easily keep track of your order.

Tracking

  • It is your responsibility to track your order and fulfill any customs or courier requirements.
  • If your order is tagged as "return to sender" or if there is an unsuccessful delivery due to your failure to follow up or submit necessary requirements, we cannot process refunds or provide free replacements. In such cases, a new order must be placed.

Delivery

  • Your order may be delivered by local post offices or couriers, often through regular mail.
  • If you are not at home during the delivery, a notice card will be left to inform you on how to collect your package.

What Happens If You Don't Receive Your Order?
